Yaz Tarım is producing dragon fruits (Pitaya) at greenhouses over 12 acres of land at the Menderes region of West Anatolia. Yaz Tarım; as the biggest Pitaya producer, has a capacity of 55 tons annually with over 20 dragon fruit varieties. The outstanding varieties are Vietnam White, Royal, Siam, Thailand Red, Philippines Purple and Magenta.

Dragon fruit production standards are between 400-650 grams taking place at the supermarket chains at national and international supermarket chains.
